This international touring exhibition offers an insight into how animated films are made from start to finish by combining displays of exclusive artistic material (drawings, paintings, photos, settings & puppets) with the screenings of the films.

Animated Films From Germany gives a many facetted artistic overview of German animation film, ranging from classic animation techniques to computer technology presenting the work of 15 prominent filmmakers.

This exhibition is presented by the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen / Institut for Cultural Relations in cooperation with the Goethe–Institut.
