Duty of Care, edited by Vera Mey, responds to the 2012 Curatorial Symposium and Season. Duty of Care is a PDF publication and will be available online from the launch. It presents two texts reflecting on the themes and topics that came out of the 2012 Curatorial Symposium with an introduction by curator and editor Vera Mey. Kate Brettkelly-Chalmers has written a report on the symposium that contains her thinking around curating. Wiebke Gronemeyer has developed the paper she presented at the symposium into a substantial essay. Alongside both texts is documentation from the seven exhibitions which were part of the 2012 Curatorial Season.
